Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance | The University offers a health insurance plan which includes Medical Insurance, 牙齿保险, 视觉的好处, and a Prescription Drug Program. PhysiciansCare (ASR Corporation) is our third-party administrator for our employee health care benefits. |

Flex Spending Accounts | Reduce your taxable income and reimburse yourself for health-care and dependent day-care expenses through flex-spending accounts. |
退休 | All benefit-eligible embloyees receive a 5% basic employer contribution plus employer matching contribution of up to 3%. |
基本人寿保险 | You are automatically covered under the Group Term Life Insurance for $100,000 at no cost to you once you have met eligibility requirements. You may also buy Supplemental Life and AD&D. |
残障保险 | All regular full-time employees shall be eligible to participate in the Employee Disability Income Plan. |
Workers' Compensation | All employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance. Any injury which occurs in connection with assigned work must be reported immediately to your supervisor. |

Dependent 学费 Assistance - If you are a full time regular employee and have dependent children who are less than 24 years of age and attending school, the policy applies to you. Employee/Spouse 学费 Assistance - Four free credits each semester are available to qualified employees/spouse in a regularly scheduled class. |
运动的好处 | When an employee is requested by the University to move to a new location, he/she may be eligible for moving and related travel expense reimbursement in harmony with the appropriate policy. |
假期 | The University recognizes nine paid holidays, two of which are a day-and-a-half for a total of ten days annually. |

Supplemental Life Insurance | This program is designed as a supplemental coverage to the basic Survivors Benefit Plan (Group Term Life Insurance) provided by the University. |
